Process Photo Club
Already a member? Redeem your workbooks, discounts, and more on the Perks page
Where reading becomes making
Every Sunday, Process goes out free, and it always will. The Photo Club is for those of you who want to take it further, and who want to help keep this kind of independent work alive.
Inside, you get the assignments that change how you see, the honest story of how the books and shows and projects actually get made, and the tools I use to keep it all moving.
It is a small group, and a generous one. Come join us.
What a membership is really like
A membership is more than a list of perks. Here is what actually shows up across a year.
The Workbooks, free
Every six months I release a new Process Workbook, and members get each one at no cost. These are not busy work. They are prompts and assignments built to change how you see and get you making pictures.
As a member, you get every volume, including the latest, Volume Five, about making your own photo book or zine.
The story behind the work
This is the part you cannot get anywhere else. I take you inside the projects as they happen, the Ukraine book, the next exhibition, the founder documentary, the things that work and the things that fall apart. The full story, not the highlight reel.
Member-only books
Instant access to out-of-print books, including What We Think We Know About Love and The Making of NOTICE zine.
Real discounts
Members get 25 to 50 percent off mentorship sessions, books, workshops, and fine art prints. Most members save more than a year of membership in a single order.
The tools I actually use
The systems and templates I rely on to organize projects, plan shoots, and keep a creative practice moving.
First access
You hear about photo walks, workshops, and new releases before anyone else.

What your membership makes possible
Process is independent, and it stays that way because members fund it. When you join, you are directly backing the projects, the books, the exhibitions, and the free Sunday newsletter that goes out to everyone.
Some of what members are helping bring to life in 2026:
26 in 2026, portraits shot on expired Kodak film from the year 2000
Vliegwiel, a community documentary project of Dutch founders
Ruigoord, documenting the artist village
Creatives In/AMS, the ongoing series on Amsterdam’s creative community
NOTICE Journal, Vol. 2, which is my next photo book set in Ukraine, documenting quiet daily life as a form of resistance
In Development, the comedic short film series about life as a photographer
Plus the free Sunday newsletter, which reaches around 20,000 readers in 160 countries and stays free because of members like you.

Questions?
Can I cancel anytime? Yes. One click, for monthly or yearly plans.
I’m just starting out. Is this for me? Yes. The assignments work at any level, and plenty of members are early in their photography.
What if I don’t use every perk? Even downloading one Workbook or buying a single book at the member price covers your year.
Does it work for my kind of photography? Street, portrait, documentary, nature. The principles carry across all of it.
