I would like to take portraits of my favorite musicians at the moment: Alvaro Diaz and Tyler the creator. It would be so cool because they both have an awesome style and a strong personality

Ohh, that's a tough question. The first person that came to mind was Michaela Coel so I'll stick with her! The person who I would truly love to be able to shoot a portait of is my late grandmother. I have many snaps of her but she died long before I started to take photography seriously.

I'd like to photograph the recently resigned First Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon. I don't have any political opinions to portray but I'd like to capture her in this moment, after 9 years at the helm of the country and 24 years as a Member of the Scottish Parliament.

I would love to work with and take portraits of musician Santan Dave. His last two albums have had a great impact on my life.

Love how you throw yourself into things and then these amazing opportunities come up, very inspiring thanks Wesley! Looking forward to reading about the 2017-18 journey!

Wim Hof came to mind for me haha. He's someone I resonate a lot with at the moment and take massive inspiration from - his playful energy, love for the cold and healing it provides, breathwork etc have all helped me in my life. It would be so cool to make portraits of him showing him like this and I reckon we could get really creative with them!

This is a very difficult question as it's quite far out of what I usually do, but I think I'll have to answer Hunter Schaeffer. As one of the most prominent trans women in the mainstream today, it would be so cool to get to photograph her with a focus on gender identity and to showcase a deeper side of it to the public to hopefully breed more understanding and empathy towards Trans people.

Not an easy question, I like your project of creative people in their workshops, so I would love to make a portrait from David Lynch in his workshop.

I would love a chance to work with Rupi Kaur. I admire her work and soak in her energy so much; taking her photograph would be a dream.

The Dalai Lama comes to mind; one of, if not the most enlightened persons on the planet, I can imagine how interesting it would be to interact with him and receive a blessing. And he’s always smiling!

literally any of my family members. they're all so camera shy, you'd think my lens was a gun barrel the way they duck from it.

I would choose my late grandfather who passed away last year. He was my role model when I was growing up but because I immigrated to another country, I wasn't able to see him for the last 10 years. I truly miss him. I wish I took his portrait when he was alive.

Hard to choose but if I were to choose anyone, I would like that person to be Quentin Tarantino. His films are my favorite and I feel they are all super unique and different than regular Hollywood movies.

I would love to create a portrait with Jane Goodall, partly to collaborate with her, and partly to have some time talking with her about her life and experiences in the world.

I am going to choose something personal for this one. I would like to photograph my grandparents, both have passed. I was naive to the bigger picture, seeing them as just my grandparents. As an adult I realize that I missed out on knowing them as their complete selves. I would love to go back in time, spend countless hours talking to them about their lives and photograph them. My family is fairly disconnected and learning who they were has been so difficult. This missed connection is one of my biggest regrets.
