I was lucky enough to visit India on a few occasions, including Chennai. Business trips, but always making time to go out, explore and take photos. Some of them are my all-time favorites. Like you, this was in my digitial-only-in-between-period….
Hi Wesley! I'm a (very) amateur film photography enthusiast from India. Stumbled across your substack and loving it. If you do decide to return to India, I'd love to meet you (and maybe show you some of Delhi's secrets).

Hopefully again on film in the future :)
What a beautiful read! I miss India dearly, it will be my next big trip. Did you go to Auroville?
Also the dosas and idlis in Chennai were just 😍
Sadly I didn't make it to Auroville, but hopefully next time :)
Love love love these! I live in Chennai and just want you to know that if you ever do plan on returning, you've got a place to stay :)
So glad you enjoyed Aashiq! And thank you for that kind offer :)
