Thank you very much for this insightful interview. As a resident of Japan myself, I follow Craig Mod’s every pop-up newsletter/walk and it was great to read about what goes on behind the scenes in interview format.
What a wonderful read Wesley, it's full of valuable pearls of knowledge as this is a model I've been trying to work out this year coming from the same place of rejection as Craig.
This is so interesting. I worked years as a photo editor for magazines, never did books. Sounds wonderful. Besides that I like the information about his funding of the book and how he made it possible. Thanks for sharing and great that he found a publisher!
Best crossover we could've asked for! Great interview Wesley, definitely going to check out the audio recording of this convo.
Glad to hear that Alex! Thanks for reading/listening!

You're very welcome Xavi, and thanks for sharing it out.
The deep dive interview is amazing. I learned a lot!
I'm so glad to hear that Tomson! Spread the word to your photo friends :) Trying to reach as many folks as possible with these insights :)
Great insight into working with an editor.
Especially for something as solid as a book.
Details, details, details.
I wish more people would utilize an editor or mentor.
I am both, I also use an editor and a mentor.
The transformational aspect is palpable.
Appreciate you Don!
Thanks for sharing, Wesley. I always enjoy your writing and commitment to the art. Kind regards, Danny in Australia
